[$60] If you own a PlayStation 3, stop what you’re doing, go to a store that sells video games, and pick up Resistance 3. Then clear your afternoon of any and all obligations, order a pizza, put on some sweaty old gym shorts, and park your ass on the couch for a few hours of Chimera slaughtering. Resistance 3 is already an IGN Editor’s Choice (check the video review after the jump) and will probably rake in a hundred more solid reviews before the week is out. The IGN review will cover everything in detail, but basically here’s what you need to know about Resistance 3: sh*t got real. The graphics are better, the action is better, the story is better, the atmosphere is moody, the gore is intense, the weapons are new, the multiplayer kicks ass, and there’s a greatly appreciated split-screen co-op.
