[$400] The TaylorMade R11S looks more like an alien spaceship than a driver, but its the specs that really make you believe this thing is from another planet. It’s 460cc titanium head is barely worth mentioning; what you really want to hear about is the loft control, adjustable sole plate, and CG controls. Yes, the R11S can do all of that. It allows for 1.5 degrees wiggle room of loft, five different face angles of +/- 3 degrees, movable weights to tune the CG heel or toe, a super poppy face, and of course a beautiful matte white crown. It’s basically cheating, but let’s get real- you probably need all the help you can get.
